made paint today
I made paint finally!! My truck was on a good track to be finished in a year or two but because of the real possiblity of losing by house and shop I had to speed it along. The mechinics are all gone through, Fresh 383 stroker, aluminum cash T-10 4 speed out of an old vette I think. Running stock rear. Brakes are all new to origninal, electric wiring harness is new as well. Paint and body is supposed to be rat rod stile just sinny too, came out great. did it here as well. Got a ways to go to get a ridebut we are getting there should move fast now! Hurt in a bad fall at work a year ago and other than some help lately all the work has been done by me in my shop or yard. I even built the 383! Thanks to my help and a neibor kid named Mel for help with paint and body work. For a $7-8000 build I should have a nice daily for many years.

Re: made paint today
For the time being I am going to use these wheels. They will be painted black and get center caps off of a later model 4x4 and beauty rings.
