if you paid him through paypal, you have 45 days to file a dispute from time of payment. if its over 45 days, pay pal is not going to help you. if you paid through a postal money order, kiss it goodbye. credit card payment may be able to be disputed since you never received item. sounds like a road trip and a 45!
