i am doing the exact opposite thing and yes they will. Not sure on the ball joints, i am swapping the a-arms with the spindles and they bolt up. Also to make it simpler I am going to pull the pitman arm off with the steering linkage complete so I won't tear up the boots. Pretty much take whole assemblies and swap them and you won't have a problem, haven't checked out the brake booster, master cylinder or the proportioning valve yet but I know the 1/2 and 3/4 parts will swap bolt in wise. Not sure but I think that the brake parts need to be the same as the suspension. If you have both to swap no problems......
