Has anyone put LCD screens in their suburbans and if so you got pics and tips on wiring?
When I get my burb going again I want a fold down screen behind the roof console Last edited by eclipse85k10; 09-06-2010 at 09:07 PM. |

Re: Suburbans with LCDs?
I've got a 15" monitor mounted to my dash that's dedicated as my rear view monitor since I no longer have an inside mirror mounted to my windshield because of my stereo install.
See my sig below Dave

Re: Suburbans with LCDs?
the 1st over head console I wasn't a fan of and for the reasons you changed it. the second idea is nice! I have that same factory overhead console in my 89 suburban. I've been wanting to modify it for a CB. I guess with no AC vents to block with that 15in monitor or the need for AC in Anchorage that works out pretty good. I cant afford to loose that middle of the dash AC vent.
