anyone know if the auto parts store carries....

the stud on my power steering resevior? the back stud is broken, and I need to get another.... anyone know if this is something I can get from my local auto parts store, or am I going to have to source from a junk yard?

I cant remember if it has a nut on the shaft and is removable?? You may be able to replace it with different hardware and not need the original type stud. For instance, threaded rod and a locknut. Just a suggestion.

good call.... I will just grab a stud and a bolt.... it'll work just the same. Guess I have been in the shop too long today... can't seem to think about simple solutions to simple problems

Here are a couple of links showing replacement studs if you still want to go that way. May not be the same exact application, but a quick look should determine if it will work:
