heater vent balls.....
my vent "balls" on both the driver and passanger side are loose and will fall out inwards if you touch them, how can i solve this?

Im sure the felt is gone, They suppose to have a strip of felt that goes all the way around the ball.

You can fix that problem easily
LMC makes eveything you need to fixt this probem... Very Easy and inexpensive...

No! just around the front inside edge of the ball housing, when I did mine I ended up having to trim the felt to make it thinner as I could not swivel my balls at all.....
The popular terms for this are...."Ball felt too thick" or having to "shave ones ball felt"

So just to be clear, if the felt is not trimmed down in thickness....your balls will be squeezed to tight to let them move freely.

Sometimes the new felt is too thick, but sometimes your balls just get dirty and have to be cleaned. With clean balls, the can slide along the felt a little easier. Besides, nobody likes dirty balls...
