Bed mounting bolts/instr

Got a short fleetside. Does anyone know the correct bolts to mount the bed sides to the cross sills? All the kits online seem like the bolts are way too long. Thx.

Just did it. You'll need 5/16" - 18 x 1 1/2" carriage bolts.

Re: Bed mounting bolts/instr

The bed bolts are 1/4 20 x1 1/2. The 5/16 18x 1 1/2 bolts go in the tubs and in the end of the bed strip. The offset washer mounting bolts that hold the bed to frame are 3/8 16 x 5 or 6. Jay
