Doors hard to shut?

The doors on my '84 scottsdale are really hard to shut you really have to slam them. I sprayed some wd40 on them and it help a bit but still hard to shut. Any ideas/parts to order from lmc?

If you're inside the truck, it helps to roll the window down a little. The cabs can be pretty airtight, depending on if the cab corners have rusted out or not.

Re: Doors hard to shut?

I went to the auto store and bought some new strikers with the plastic sleaves, and they worked like magic. My door shut much much easier. My old strikers didn't look that bad, but it make a huge difference.

75SierraClassic is right on target. Those little plastic sleeves over the the door strikers make all the difference. You can normally find them in the HELP section at the automotive parts house.
