Re: longbed or shortbed?????
it is all about what YOU like...personally I love the shorties....but would like to have a long bed to "Do Work"
mid length would be pretty cool...if you can get the dimensions "right"

Re: longbed or shortbed?????
Love your truck slepysal, the wheels and bellflowers really set it apart. Sixfour, just read your thread, glad you are keeping it as is, longbeds look sick laid out. Just my 2 cents..

Re: longbed or shortbed?????
Its a truck.. made for work and to be used as a truck so a long bed is more versatile and....
Oh, nevermind.... yours isn't able to be used as a truck. Oh well, at least the long wheel base trucks ride better. LOL |

Re: longbed or shortbed?????
I believe I have the politically correct answer to this old query of long bed vs. short bed. Make it a short long bed? It's the anti-mullet, long in front, short in back!
Reality vs. Imagination is being blurred by talented metalworkers ..... Last edited by lakeroadster; 12-08-2010 at 09:02 AM. |

Re: longbed or shortbed?????
I like both but why cut up a good truck? Why dont you just buy a shortbed? Don't ruin a good truck. I had a 1964 chevy shortbed I wish I wouldnt of let it got but at the same time it was not meant to be. Now I have a longbed 67. What does that say? Longed all the way.
