Are front frame horns same on c10-c30??

My 79 c30 has a newer 80s bumper on the front. I got under it today to see what I had to do to swap the right bumper on the front. WELL looks as if someone torched some of the front frame horns OFF and welded the newer bumper bracket to the frame... SO I need to know if the frame horns on a c10 or c20 are the same as my c30. Because I am going to have to cut the horns off a unmolested truck to fix mine... I am going to post a WTB add to see if anyone has a old frame they want to cut them off for me. THANKS EVERYONE!

Actual year splits are 1973-80 and 1981-87(91).
You can get the front off, but all you really need is to weld a flat bar in the rounded shape for the bumper and a hole in it. If you can weld you can fine tune to bumper position. Just an option.
