63 Big window on craigslist

I talked to the gentlemen today. Said engine has sat to long and won't turn over, but with these old things I am sure it can get running fairly quick. Power steering, solid custom cab, aftermarket ac from sears and a long fleet. Haven't looked at been seemed like a nice older gentlemen.

I wish I could get it, but between my 78 and unfinished 66 wouldn't be a good idea.

Re: 63 Big window on craigslist

Hey thanks for the post. This could be exactly what I am looking for. I need a cab for my 63. The visor and the windshield surround are badly rusted out. Too much work to repair, easier to get another truck and build one.

I have found all kinds of 64-66 cabs but very few knee knockers, and big window to boot.

Re: 63 Big window on craigslist

I wish people were more thorough in posting criagslist ads, especially an older vehicle where the target buyer is usually an enthusiast.... anyway thats a good deal if it has solid sheetmetal.

typical cl photo too!

you can post up to 4 pics, and all he has is one shot that basically shows you that it has a grille, bumper, front sheet metal, and glass
