1986 6.0 procharged
Hey guys my name is lauro from Edinburg, Tx. I am proud to own a 1986 gmc( it has a chevy front though). The drive train consists of a 6.0 motor full bolt on with a d1sc procharger. To go with the pro i had a meth kit, 224 232 boost cam and 60lb injectors . The tranny is a 4l80 with a 3600 PI multidisc. i had a coustom made drive shaft at driveshafts unlimited in San Antonio with 1350 u-joints. The rear end has an eaton possi unit, 410 gears, 1350 yoke and a trickflow girdle. In the tank i have a pair of walbro 255 with all braided fuel lines and aeromotive fuel regulator i just recently has some 20x10 eagle alloy wheels wrapped in some 295/30/20 toyo proxes 4 tires. The upholstery is all covered in yellow and black. The paint is alright, thats the way i bought it but i will have it repainted and repaired soon. Well guys enjoy the pics and i hope to meet alot of new people and use some advice from ur site.
My brother made this for me to use in other forums. |

Re: 1986 6.0 procharged
Welcome Lauro!!!
Really awesome truck you got there!!!!! That thing must be downright scary to drive with the Procharged LSX!!! Love them Eagle 225 wheels too. I just bought myself a 1986 short wide too (Chevy). Has a 400 SBC / 700R4. Haven't even taken delivery yet. It should be sailing along the eastcoast by now ETA in Amsterdam seaport newyearsday. Can't wait to start playing with it! Dreaming of LSX power and 20" Eagle wheels already... Hope to see a lot more of your truck and it's mods here in the future! Greetz Erik Last edited by erikgto; 12-16-2010 at 05:12 PM. |
