A truck with a bad past...

Ok im workin on a 76 c10 that I resurected from being well in a lake for like a week its been awhile and has sat and now im trying to get things done to it while I can she is a bunch of parts kinda thrown together I just dropped in a goodwrench 350 with 20000 miles on it not time to work on the suspension im not all to wise on it I did get bored and flipped the axle in the back and lowered the front got it pretty damn level but it does have power steering but its very well hard to control when going a lil fast but i doubt any of this has been changed out in the front end So if anyone doesnt mind giving me some info on what are something up front here that i can do to stabalize my steering that would be great

No it doesnt I wana get another truck and switch the frame cause the PO got in an accident and bent the two front horns completly out of wack...

its funny the rest of the frame is fine but im gonna try and heat them up and bend back but What can I do replacing wise like the steering wise cause it all seems original

It's not hard to straighten the horn's did it on my 71
