You shouldn't but you will have to do some fabricating to get front motor mount to fit. The big difference in those trucks beside the obvious is the front crossmember in the frames.
GMC cross member here


Chevrolet crossmember with the stock mount still on it here.


You have to get past that an then maybe a clearance issue on the fan/water pump.

I think that the GMC radiator and core support are located ahead of where the Chevy radiator and core support sits and that will help with clearance some. I put a 270 GMC in a Chev pasenger car once and that was like putting ten pounds of stuff in a five pound sack.
