can we install GM spindle on Mustang II Control Arms ?

The Mustang II balljoints have a 7 degree taper top and bottom I believe. Most of the GM spindles have a 7 degree taper top and a 10 degree bottom. Can be done if you match balljoint taper to spindle taper. Thats my 2 cents
