Going 4.30's, 4.40's on radials!
I know it is not our trucks, but David Wolfe went 4.35 @ 188+mph, and Eric Dillard went 4.41 @ 191 mph on radials!! Several cars in the 4.40's to 4.60's range. Live feed at http://odrtv.com/?page_id=105. Last of qualifying tonight, and racing tomorrow. The live feed is really only good for audio today, as it shows a view of the staging lanes. Paul Baxter

Re: Going 4.30's, 4.40's on radials!
Kevin,
I did not get to go either, but was glued to my computer monitor. The times and speeds were unbelievable. I think the Mayor would call those candy wrapper runs if it were cars on slicks. LOL I still say, bring those cars on radials to someplace like Phenix City, or Brainerd Optimist in Ringold, GA. Then let us see who can runs the best numbers!! I certainly can not take anything away from those guys, and gal (Puddin'), they were all flying. Paul |
