another wheel question
hey all,thinkin of runnin 17x8 rallyes on my 66 with 4/6 drop,anyone have this combo?pic and tire sizes or any rubbing issues!!thanks for any help!

i believe that is the exact set-up that the "Trucks" show on Spike Tv ran on their 65 C10 project. I don't recall the tire sizes they used but I am almost certain those are the wheel sizes they used (and they were 5 lug car rallies on the show) and approximately the same drop 3's. Might check the Powerblock TV website for more specs on the truck's wheel/tire details.

It all depends on the wheel offset and what size tires you use.

i dont have anything yet,but it seems to me that the 17x8-5-5 only comes in a 4.5 backspacing.

This is a 4.5 in front 4 in rear inch drop.I don't know how it will fit with a fleet side but with these tiers I don't think I can go much lower with out some surgery.
