Ya shoulda made this a poll thread. But, I guess you can see where the majority of opinions are.
Is there a reason your 55 can't be a DD?

keep the 55. if you were to put the 66 and the 55 up on ebay, the 55 would sell for more hands down. you would definitely be loosing money on that trade, no doubt about it.

Yeah, I should have done a poll. The 55 still needs some more work to be a DD. I don't want to sink any more cash in it since I want a S10 setup. If I didn't do the S10 then I would go with the petronics dist to get rid of the points. It needs a rewire no mater what and so on. The 65 is getting all the attention right now.

After seeing more pics (below) The 4Runner isn't even a good trade.

Your funny.

I got more pics of the 66 and it's not worth anything I have to trade even up. Noticed the patch on the kick panel. That doesn't = rust free.

Mark another vote for no. I love my 66, but two of them would be overkill. Why, I just tried to talk a fella down the road into selling his 50-something he has in his shed. No dice

Do a Camaro clip or MII. Just my 2c and I know there are those who will disagree. But, I'm about 75% done with my AD/S-10 (my build thread) and I've done one Camaro clip on a 54 a couple years back. The S-10 is at least twice as hard. I won't do another one.

I wish I had his asking price available and I'd bring it home. Definitely want one of those for my next project.

The 66 wasn't even worth trading the toy for IMO.

If you would have read your license plate on your 55 you could saved yourself a lot of time. Great choice on keeping your truck!
