I used performance online 2.5 drop spindles. The wheels are off a 76 C10. i drove it around the block and sheared the weights on the back of the wheel clean off! instead of grinding down the spindle im just gonna go with a bigger wheel.

Looking good. Although before the bed goes back on I'd consider looking into those brake lines...almost looks like the one is leaking that you show in the pictures with the nice new fuel lines...
