Parting 78 K10
I will be taking this truck apart this week and making a trailer out of the back end. Truck runs and drives great, but the CA DMV wants it gone. I will give 2 days from the time I answer a question and then the part goes to the next in line. Parts are also for sale locally.
Thanks, Ray 400 engine- $400 local th 350- $300 pending local 203 tc...about 11 cents per pound tilt column- $80 plus shipping finned valve covers- $100 plus shipping slot mags- sold before I got home! ac vents are sold to Project Nico If you see anything you need, please ask in thread to avoid confusion. |

Re: Parting 78 K10
Ray, looking for the adapter that goes in the 203 transfer case so the speedometer cable can hook up. What's the chances you might have one of those in your stuff? Maybe a speedo cable as well? Putting it in a 79 K5, has cruise module on it but I am really thinking I'll remove all of it since half the stuff is missing on it now, so a 1 piece speedo cable would work as well.

Re: Parting 78 K10
Rough price on one shipping to 74055 in OK? I guess I need one if I want to try and get my speedo working.
I'm gathering this is just a little bolt on part on the 203, mine just has a hole in the case where the speedo cable goes, they say I need the adapter.

Re: Parting 78 K10
If you are gonna trash the 203s, at least keep the range boxes, lots of guys like those for doubler builds. If you want I can pass the info on ck5 and see if there are any biters.

Re: Parting 78 K10
Thanks! Pass the word to the ck5. I would rather have parts go to someone that can use them. I have not sold any 203 cases in 2 years.
