OK, sports fans, I just got done taking pictures of all the adapter parts, they are from a STOCK FACTORY automatic trans (Chevy PowerGlide) adapter w/ring gear and flex plate for 305 V6 to Chevy bell pattern. This V6 was stock along with the P/G, in a 1965 Chevy 3/4 ton pickup we put a small block 350 into.

In measuring the whole works between the 292 inline 6 that came out of the '65 pickup in front of the manual trans, and the GMC to Chevy bell adapter mentioned above, EVERY specification in distance si the EXACT same, 292 to 305 with this adapter set, so, with the modified 292 stick flywheel bolted in place on the back of the V6 engine, it all fits SAME/SAME.

I have NO idea as to posting pictures on the web boards, all voodoo to me, have asked Captainfab if he wants them for his records, and to post 'em for everyone. BTW, lost all hope of getting onto the 6066 boards, have been approved and profiled on Yahoo, and supposedly, I am "logged in" over there at 6066, but, still no go. Can't even access their administration to ask what goes, so, lost cause for me there. I did go to a page that had the admin's personal tech question link, but, after a full week with NO response, I just figure it isn't worth the aggravation to try to communicate with the people there, not worth the waste of time.

OK, I finally go around to posting some of the pics that HEI451 asked me to post for him. The pics of the HEI V6 distributor we aren't going to be able to post since we haven't got the OK from the site admin. Thes pics are of the GMC V6 to Chevy Powerglide adapter, and of the work Dave did to adapt a Chevy flywheel to the GMC V6 utilizing the parts used with the V6 to Powerglide.

I have two v6's and want to put the buick conversion in my daily driver, but am not sure about the fabrication of the spacer. let me know if you are available to make one.
