My guess is because the dual light grill is tough to find since they don't seem to be repro'ed and good ones will run you a small fortune.

I wanted to run a dual light grill on mine and the best one I found was $350 and it was still in need of work. I got a '66 aluminium grill that is straight for a case of beer.

thanx for the crew cab pics, interesting to see the conversion.
I also wonder on the chrome fender extensions... I have seen it alot through the years on lowriders... and it just dosen't make sense to me... I understand that it is an easy piece to have plated, but it totally breaks up the paint and lines of the truck.
