wiring problems ?
hey guys i converted my 69 chevy dash to a 79 and i have that all done but my wiring i am using my 79 wiring harness and have it pretty much hooked up but my motor wont crank over :/ and i am wandering if anyone could help me out i have a white wire but i think its faded its suposed to be red but it comes from the fire was plug and does it got to my distrubitor or do i run a wire from the dist to the starter i have all the other starter wires hooked up but the darn thang wont crank at all and battery is fully charged and i know my switch is good cause inside stuff works just not the engne dont really wanna spend the money on a mechanic right now any help would be awsome thanks guys !

So the wiring setup is in a '69? And I'm assuming it has HEI distributor?
