17X9 Steel Wheels
These are the Steel Wheels I had made up in 17X9 with 5" of backspace. They have to clear a D60 and 14B FF with Disc Brake Conversion. They fit like a glove over the brakes and steering.
They are a little dusty from setting around in the garage.

Re: 17X9 Steel Wheels
The plan is to run the real long chrome lugs front and rear.
I am going to run a set of real thin Stainless Steel Trim Rings. The Dana 60 Mile Marker Hubs are Polished Stainless Steel. The 14Bolt FF will have Polished Stainless Steel Axle Shaft Bolts. Should look pretty good when finished.

Re: 17X9 Steel Wheels
Nice, where did you have them made?
There used to be a shop around here that would make custom steel wheels, but they went under a while back.

Re: 17X9 Steel Wheels
Interesting, I made a set of 17" 6 bolt pattern, modified from the stock 17.5" that was available in our series. In your 8 bolt pattern you could get up to a 19.5" wheel optioned.

Re: 17X9 Steel Wheels
I had them made by a company that supplies all the outer hoops and inner wheel centers to all the companies that sell steel wheels. They dont deal direct with the public at all, sorry.
I went with the 17's because of all the tire choices. I will be running 37/12.50x17 BFG Mud Terrain KM2's.
