headlight switch

on the thread about keeping you parking lights on with the headlights the diagram shows a circuit breaker where is it located? i have running lights,dash lights ,interior light but no headlights

I would check the dimmer switch. Usually its that
, or sometimes there is a fuse on the switch itself ( aftermarket switch only I think)

it's a factory wiring i took the switch apart there's a set of contacts inside that has some long metal running to the contacts that is partially blue (breaker?)
like its been hot
