Got Stacks?!?

I was thinkin about putting exhaust stacks on my 78 C25. Was wondering if anyone has them, and if so, I would love to see some pictures! Im not sure if Im going with a dual or single yet, but time will tell.

Re: Got Stacks?!?

Don't have them myself, but I say go duals if you're gonna do it, I just don't like the look of the singles.

Re: Got Stacks?!?

Stove pipes (single stacks) look good one only a couple trucks

Usually has to be a dodge, black.

There is a super duty here, jacked to the sky with a stove pipe and it looks good, but because the thing is so high and black as well, you don't notice it till your right beside it and its gone...

I personally am i a fan of dual black... I hate chrome

Re: Got Stacks?!?

Yep, IMO it needs to be a diesel spewing black smoke, and needs the tractor flappers on top. All in all, I think they look kinda, well, I just don't care for them. But to each their own. I'm waiting for the ricers to start running them up thru the trunk or some stupid thing. It's only a matter of time. LOL

Re: Got Stacks?!?

This is what a friend of mine did in his F***. He made the billet stack clamp and shield himself.

Re: Got Stacks?!?

There was a guy doing some work in my neighborhood the other day with a older crew cab furd with stacks. I couldn't help but laugh when that thing went by, It definately wasn't diesel and it was letting out two big clouds of blue smoke.
