I have a 4in lift and a 3in body and the only mod was a common lift mod the brake lines get drop down brackets the exhaust I see no reason to get modded with either and the steering you'll most likely need the raised pitman arm or whatever its called can't think of it but it levels the steering so there's no massive right or left turn
