How do they say it is rust free when you can see rust through in the pics?

Read carefully. I have been caught a time or two with fine price. "pretty much rust free" and then as they always say, no additional charge for rust... rust is "free"

That Blazer took a good hit to the front, and the panels don't look to be too straight. Its a good parts vehicle.
