Stock interior colors 65 C10 deluxe?
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows or better yet has photos of what the interior color options would have been for a 65 C10 Custom deluxe. Interior cab color, seats, carpeting...The exterior is stock light blue with white stripe and white roof. I'd like to take the interior back to stock. Also does anyone know of a company that sells factory original seat upholstery kits in stock original colors?
Thanks! |

SMS auto fabrics in Oregon. I bought from them for my 64 C10 Deluxe and it's a perfect match.

Your interior would have looked like this when new, except for the divided seat (Suburban). The interior sheet metal was metallic fawn/off white. Flooring was black rubber.

Were the columns painted white (ivory) in the '64 and '65 deluxe interiors?

According the GM resources/pics, the 64's column and steering wheel were ivory in conjunction with the door panels on the deluxe cabs. I can't speak to 65. Here's a picture of my 64's interior after restoration. Hope this helps you.

^^^Man, that's a good-lookin' interior! That's great reference for what my '64 interior should look like. Thanks for posting that picture, rdlackey!

I am beginning to think paint as well. How about a picture of the edge of the door. I am wondering how far around to wrap the interior color? And a dividing line between the top (white) interior color and the body color on the door and jam.

the paint on 65 c10 goes to the very edge of the door. the truck has been repainted in 94 but the interior is still original Fawn.

That is exactly what I needed to see. Thank you. I am not doing stock colors. However, I want a stock paint pattern.
