I dunno why we had such a hard time - everybody seems like they don't have much trouble. First, he fit the seal to the cab, then started working the window in from the bottom. It took both of us to get the last foot of the seal ofer the window - then the locking bead was really tough to get in. I had a tool I ordered with the first set of seals that worked better than the tool the guy had. It was odd, because this guy has been putting windows in the local hotrods for the last 10 years or so.
