Back in the (square body) saddle, again
A horse trailride friend of mine gave me this today, even drove it over.
1984 K3500, 6.2 diesel, 4 speed, dually......

Lots of interesting possibilities with that truck. Is that the 6.2 on the bed? Or did it come with spares? You said he drove it over, but it may have been on a trailer. Regardless, nice truck and a generous friend.

Thanks. Here's the scoop:
I was doing some work on my friend's '03 Dodge Ram. Been kinda looking for a 6.2/6.5 for my '69 Crewcab project and asked him if he still had his old 6.2's kicking around. As it is, he had this runner and a buncha other stuff he wanted to clean up. I offered to not charge him for the work on his Dodge, but he insisted on paying me and giving me his 6.2 stuff as well. And, yes, I thanked him profusely. Plan was to scrap it for the running gear but, it's too good to do that. So, I'm kinda cleaning her up and probably use it around here. Came with three other 6.2's and another trans/transfer case, so I might still be able to piece together the running gear for the Crewcab project.
