Harness conversion wiring ?

I have a few "extra" wires left from my conversion. Brendan from lt1swap does not believe they will be used but is unsure, so I thought I would ask if any of you have dealt with these wires.

2004 LQ4 4L80E, these wires were all connected to the C100 connector.

Brown 241 Ignition 3 Voltage

-I have no clue what this wire is, it is attach to a 2 wire plug with the other wire being a ground. My only guess is some EVAP control but do not know for sure.

Dk Blue 204 A/C Low Pressure Sensor Signal

-I kinda figure this baby is gone even though I am keeping the '04 compressor with the stock controls, from what understand their is no AC request available from the PCM anyway and the AC clutch wire will go directly to the stock controls, and that is the only AC wire I need.

Dk Blue 5668 Engine ON Signal

-This goes to the Alt plug but I don't know if it is necessary.

So, for all your 2003 and newer LSX swappers, what did you do with these wires? Thanks for any info you can give.

Re: Harness conversion wiring ?

Depends on which alternator you have, I was sent the wrong plug on mine originally; but both wires did have to be connected to the alt. I don't know what happens without it, but i didn't want to give my charging system anything to whine about.

A/c wire won't be used. IIRC this may have been the wire that turned on the second fan while the a/c was on in dual-fan applications. Like you said, the compressor clutch wire goes to your controls and should be all you need.

No clue about the brown wire.

Re: Harness conversion wiring ?

I deleted the AC wires, just going to run it off the controls. The other two I didn't have, so I'm no help there.
