what size bolts to bolt in upper bag bracket?

Quick question I'm here at work and dont have parts in front of me to see it but what size bolts do i need to pick up on the way home to bolt in the upper front bag "brackets". thanks in advance

They are ususally a 3/8" bolt.
I'm not sure on the length.
(Maybe 1" long?)
I would use lock nuts also.
