Makes sense on the frame flex. I bought my 49 without a frame and put it on a 1995 Explorer frame which is very rigid. I forgot how light and flexible the original frames are. I started to mount it solid on all 4 corners but just having to drill a couple holes for the shackles made it too easy of a decision to stay with stock mounts.
