I already have a '87 GMC 3500 crewcab that came with my cabin that has a light plow on it so I don't really HAVE to have that massive plow. With the way the brackets hang down so low, we are planning on pulling the thing off and getting rid of those brackets. The factory pto winch is in the bed and we can't put it back on unless the plow goes as well.

We're going to try to get the truck back to as close as we can to how it left the military. The big exceptions we have planned are a military add on turn signal switch, leaving the big flood lights on it, and possibly running the super singles the army uses on newer 6x6s instead of duals.

We're going to use the truck for hauling firewood and other things as well as offroad recovery, but we still want to take care of it.
