Thats what I was thinkin. The guy does good work, I just think he forgot to take into acount the double cardan joint. Hes shortened a couple driveshafts for military 5 tons for us for the fire dept and they are still holdin. He was askin around 125 to lengthen it, but all of the u-joints needed to be replaced so I did that instead since it was suposedly long enough. I do have a little respect for him tryin to save me the money tho. He even told me how to take the stuff apart to fix it.
