My tank is a custom rear mounted tank with the EFI option from Performance Online but it's made by No Limit Engineering.

Not the cheapest option but it's what I wanted. Internal fuel pump, side filler neck, anti-slosh baffling, and fits the body lines of the truck perfectly. This is a stock picture but I can take some pics of mine if you want.
