braided brake hose help

On my 1980 c-10 I'm doing a rear disc brake conversion with captain fab brackets, astro van rotors, factory style brake lines and wilwood d-52 calipers. I do know that the calipers use a 7/16 banjo bolt instead of the original 10mm, would the braided hoses that fit a mid 70s truck for the front work with the standard bolt size or would the hose be to short, also for the rear brake hose to the caliper about how long should it be.

Thanks Aaron

In case you haven't figure this out yet. You can call Crown Performance and have some custom SS brake lines made. www.crownperformance.com 760-599-0090. They will ship.
