Hub change on my chev 1/2 ton shortbox

Anybody hear of being able to change hubs from a lite duty van to get the more popular 4-3/4 bolt pattern?

Lite dute vans like the Astro van also has a 5x5 bolt pattern.

start massuring rotors for the cameros malibus and caprice and the check bering part numbers to see witch uses the same as the half ton pickups
