72 burb build
This is my first C10 chassis build, I have done quite a few air ride builds and minitrucks so here we go...
Heres a rendering by a friend of mine and some pics of the last few days.. Got the motor out and I have her mostly "degreased" and cleaned up. Have a lot of shiny stuff on order for the motor, expect my PB dropmember within 2 weeks or so (ordered 7 days ago) got some ART control arms already, mustang 2 rack and pinion is on the way as well. the next month will be lots of work... and progress no real good pics yet since none of the fun stuff has begun. And the wheels i plan on orderin in 24x9.5 with 6.5" backspace |

Re: 72 burb build
Yeah dude I drove it for about a week after I bought it. surprisingly everything so far is in great shape, found a tiny bit of rust where the driver fender meets the door and a tiny bit inside the doors but nothing crazy.

Not much going on other than waiting on all my goodies to get here. Got some nice new valve covers and some billet pulleys from the early bird swap meet and a 6 dollar carb lift plate... Still need to clean up the fire wall, get some filler plates for the heater stuff...

Yeah dude, Im trying to get lay'd out before the first show of the year (lay'd out in the NW, in spanaway) Its being hosted by Lay'd Out, a local club with some SICK rides. heres the Flyer
Everyone should go and support local business. Lots of my buddies own their own custom shops or water jet business or whatever.. There is going to be some big vendors and sponsors there.. If theres an event page ill post it up |
