no fire?
i bought a parts truck the other day mainly for the cab but im curious to see if it will run as it was being ran every day last summer, and it would be alot easyer to move it around the yard. I threw a starter on it tonight and turned it over a few times and have no fire what so ever. Not sure whats wrong the motor is a newer 305 TBI could it just be the pickup coil?

Re: no fire?
Do you have voltage going to the coil? Start from there and work your way out.
