2005 Chevy spindles
I realize most of the members that post in this section are lowering older models, but what's the best "bang for my buck" when it comes to drop spindles for a 2005 1/2 ton regular cab chevy?
I started out with 2" shackles on the rear thinking to myself that if I just get the truck sitting level then I'd be satisfied. Uh, no. I need the front down a bit. Any board vendors that can help me out? |

Re: 2005 Chevy spindles
Belltech makes a drop spindle for it but it says you have to run 17 inch rims.

Re: 2005 Chevy spindles
I've used mcGhauhys and djm on many of my friends trucks and havn't had any problems.
On my 06 I run control arms on and drop springs in the front for a 6.5/8 drop moreless and flip kit and shackles in the back and c-notch with the 22' intros all around.Everything was installed by me and it rides real smooth for being as low as she is its my daily driver. Heres my little brothers 03 this one has a home made drop kit and rides smoother than mine and mine has all djm suspension this one has like a 7/9 drop moreless and its his daily driver also so ride has to be smooth since we drive them everywhere. This one has 22s also all around. |
