Re: Parting out '89 K5 Blazer
48cj2a, The old man sold it thursday morning. I have another one somewhere, leak free with all the hardware and the hose, I'll get back to you when i find it.
special-K, The mirrors themselves are very nice, How about 40$ shipped and i'll throw in the housings too? Pics below. The seat belts are nice, Tan color, but they need to be cleaned up. The passengers side buckle plastic is cracked to hell, The rest of them are good. The drivers retractor plastic has a few deep scratches. 60$ Shipped for the set, front & back belts. Madcow, here are some pics of the kick panels. The underhood light is long gone unfortunately. 30$ shipped for the set. |

Re: Parting out '89 K5 Blazer
I'll definitely take the complete mirrors. If you're removing the door panels I'd like to get the backing plates as well. My '85 Jimmy has the tiny chrome sport mirrors,so I need everything.
On the belts,I'll have to hold off at least for now. Mine are in great shape as well, except for some of the little buckle covers are missing, like on yours. I'm heading out of town till Sunday. If you still have these I may get them anyway. Just not a huge priority. Sending a PM

Re: Parting out '89 K5 Blazer
Is it a safe assumption that your transfer case is not a NP203? if it is by some chance, I would be interested in the shifter as long as it is working well.

Re: Parting out '89 K5 Blazer
Nothinghead, The case is a 203
esbstuff, The one on this blazer doesn't bolt in, it locks into place when you turn it harleyhouser, unfortunately all the accessories and brackets went with the engine. If your interested, I may have the main bracket off of a 94 pickup that would get you started. let me know. |

If the shifter on the 203 is good, how much would you want for the assembly? I want one that indexes.

Re: Parting out '89 K5 Blazer
The shifter on it is perfect, how about 70$ shipped to your door? I'll give ya everything from where it connects to the t-case up to the shift handle. The Boot and base on it are an 8 out of 10 as well, dirty but no cracks or tears.
Sorry for the picture quality, taken with my cell |
