I have a 69 c-10 2wd with 245 six cyln and three on a tree, all factory. I have a 305 V-8 that is now hookewd up to an auto trans. I want to installl the 305 with a 4spd Saginaw manual trans. Do I need to get different flywheel and housing, or will the six cyln fit?

Be sure you put a pilot bearing in the crank.

Thanks to all that responded. It appears I was right and my friend wrong... haha!

Locutus, I am not going to do this for a couple months, and I am not sure if it will fit.
