speedo question

I have lubed my cable with lythium grease and almost all of the bounce in needle went away.

But it still bounce between 30 and 40 only is it the speedo and is there any way to rebuild a speedo?

Check your cable for any short turns. The cable shoul be as straight as possible and have long bends up to the speedo. You can also remove the speedoo and use a small oil dropper to lube it.
