The PO did so-so with the wiring. Didn't leave enough slack in some areas, and made some bad connections--merely twisting wires together and taping them!
The weirdest thing he did is that he reversed the terminals on the brake light switch, and used the orange brake wire as the power source to the headlight switch. Fortunately, Haywire gives you an accessory main power wire, so I was able to put that on the battery lead on the headlight switch and put the brake light leads on correctly.
