It is a round piece of metal.It is a patch to fill in the fuel filler hole.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but for the die-hard self-sufficient, I-can-do-it-myself types, it seems to me an easy way to make one of these is to locate a junk cab and perform surgery on the RH side cab "shoulder" and remove a disk of same size as gas filler neck hole.
My friend Boz-All sez this can be done. Easy and fun too.
