Wanted Dash Plastic Lens '87 K10
tHIS IS THE PLASTIC LENS THAT FITS BETWEN behing THE INSTRUMENT BESEL AND the lens retainer.
Would like one in brand new conditions. If it has scratches they need to be very small, almost invisible. The one I have on , has scratches and since I am restoring I need one better than the one I have. I am sure there is one out there somewhere. thanks al Last edited by 1987 blues; 09-27-2003 at 05:06 PM. |

Have you tried 3M plastic polish? I used that on mine, and it looks almost brand new!

thanks again. I will pick one up tomorrow at lunch and then work on it . Let's see what happens. I am now in the proces of painting my dash bezel and panel. So far, so good. I am really happy with the results so far.
Take care and thanks for your time. al |

By the way, I forgot to tell you that if you want to buy a new one, LMC Truck has them for about 40.00.
Their number is 1-800-222-5664 or on line at www.LMCtruck.com they are listed on page 50 of their 2003 fall edition catalog for 1973-87 trucks. Just in case you are looking to buy a new one. later. al |
