Where can I get a shift boot for a high-hump granny gear 4-speed?

If these are in repo, I haven't seen it yet. I'm not doing a restoration and don't really care about originality. I just want something that'll cover the top of the hump and seal to the shifter. Jocko, I'm going to check out the one you got because it may be close enough to work.
