Hey, is this what I would need to fix the hacked dash where someone put in a DIN radio? None of the popular catalogs has a replacement sheetmetal piece- and I need to cut out and weld in a replacement piece...

No, these are part of the radio. You need an uncut dash piece from a donor truck. I don't think anyone makes a repair panel for it.
